Our price includes all normal and necessary expenses for cremation, including:
- Transportation from place of death to funeral home and crematory (within 50 miles)
- Basic Alternative Container
- Sanitary Care of the body
- Obtaining all required authorizations, certificates and permits
- Initial notification to the Social Security Administration
- Free Online Memorial Tribute
*This charge does not include the use of our facilities for funeral services, public or private viewing, or memorial service. Nor does it include the cost of certain cash disbursement items such as newspaper notice fees, copies of death certificates or any other items not specifically stated as being in the package price. Additional mileage may apply.

- Memorial Service in our chapel for 2 hours
- Basic Alternative Container

- Set up and break down of flowers, directional and reserved signs, register stands, easels, etc. for service
