Jesus D. Valerio-Polanco, 22 weeks, past away peacefully, Friday, December 15, 2017, at the Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ, with his mother and father by his side.
Friends and Family are invited, Wednesday, December 20th, 2017, from 5 - 7 PM to Guardian Trade Service, LLC. 241 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy, NJ. Cremation will be private.
The family requests memorial contributions in lieu of flowers to assist with funeral expenses.
