Kimberly Cubero-Salazar

KIMBERLY REBECA CUBERO-SALAZAR passed away suddenly before dawn on Sunday, July 4, 2021, in Colts Neck. She was 25.

Born in Sarchi, Costa Rica, she lived in Bound Brook and Bridgewater prior to moving to Green Brook.

She was a graduate of Bridgewater High School and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with Honors from Kean University in 2020. She studied hard for six long years and graduated with no financial aid or student loans. She had just begun working at her dream job of advertising and marketing at Creative Media Company, NYC, NY. She also worked weekends at The Headliner in Neptune and Society in Lyndhurst. Her family was very proud of her for her achievements.

Kimmy loved to travel and spend her time at the beach. She always loved spending time with her friends and making new ones. She was hardworking, loving, and compassionate to everyone she encountered. She always wore a smile and was very driven towards her life goals. Her life was cut too short and will be missed by family and friends.

Kimberly is survived by her mother, Shirley Beita and her husband, Ronald; brother, Sergio Cubero; biological father, Franklin Barrantes, as well as many loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Her death will not be in vain.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 8th from 10:00am - 11:00am at Raritan Bay Funeral Service, 241 Bordentown Ave, South Amboy. Services will be private
