Louise Avdalas

Louise Avdalas, 70, of Morgan, NJ,  formally of, Manhattan, moved to Brooklyn until the age of 16. There after lived for 32 years on Staten Island before settling in Morgan, NJ with her husband George of 49 wonderful years. Louise loved angels, she had a cabinet full of Angels at home she enjoyed collecting. She loved parties, dancing and music, especially Elvis and Cher. Louise most of all, loved spending time with her family; she will be dearly missed.

Louise is predeceased by her parents Helen and George Arniotis, her sister Stella Arvanites and her nephew Steven Arvanites. She is survived by her husband George Avdalas; daughters, Ellen Chalmers and her husband Joshua of Keansburg, NJ; Kathy Margerum and her husband Matthew of Morgan, NJ; Tiffany Johnson and her husband Christopher of Fords, NJ; grandchildren, Louis Chalmers, Kristina Chalmers, Lukas Margerum and Zoey Johnson.

Family and friends are invited to Raritan Bay Funeral Service, 241 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy, NJ, Sunday, November 8th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for a celebration of Louise’s life. Burial will take place on Monday, November 9th at 1:00 PM at the Flower Hill at Ernst Memorial Cemetery, 328 Ernston Road, Parlin, NJ 08859. Friends and family can meet directly at the cemetery on Monday, November 9th.
